1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, enrolling, or participating in any activity of TENMA-PHIL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including all related rules, policies, and guidelines issued by TENMA-PHIL.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
- Enrollment is subject to compliance with TENMA-PHIL's requirements and policies.
- Students must provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information.
- TENMA-PHIL reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or cancel enrollment in cases of policy violations or misconduct.
3. Fees and Payments
- All applicable fees must be paid in accordance with TENMA-PHIL's announced payment terms.
- Students who are unable to pay on time may be subject to penalties or suspension according to institute policy.
- All outstanding fees must be fully settled before the end of the class or program.
- Students who fail to complete payment before the end of the class or program may be considered incomplete and may not be eligible for certificates, recommendations, OJT, or further participation.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by TENMA-PHIL.
4. Student Conduct and Responsibilities
- Follow all rules, policies, and instructions of TENMA-PHIL.
- Attend classes regularly and participate actively.
- Maintain respectful and professional behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.
- Refrain from disruptive, abusive, dishonest, or inappropriate behavior (online or in-person).
- Use all learning materials for personal educational purposes only.
- TENMA-PHIL reserves the right to impose disciplinary action, including dismissal, for serious violations.
5. Online Classes and Technical Responsibilities
- Follow all rules, policies, and instructions for online classes provided by TENMA-PHIL.
- Ensure you have the necessary technical setup to participate in online classes.
- Maintain professionalism and respect during online sessions.
6. On-the-Job Training (OJT) in Japan
Participation in the Japan OJT program offered by TENMA-PHIL is strictly based on an interview process. Only students who successfully pass the interview conducted by TENMA-PHIL and/or its Japanese partner institutions may be selected.
Selection depends on interview performance, communication skills and attitude, compliance with program requirements, and availability of OJT slots in Japan.
Students officially selected and approved for the Japan OJT program may receive the following benefits during the approved OJT period in Japan:
- Free plane ticket
- Free food
- Free accommodation
- Free daily necessities
These benefits apply only to students who pass the interview and receive official confirmation from TENMA-PHIL.
7. No Guarantee Clause
Completion of any class or training at TENMA-PHIL does not guarantee selection for OJT in Japan. TENMA-PHIL does not guarantee employment, visas, approval, job placement, permanent residency, or long-term stay in Japan. Final decisions may involve Japanese partner institutions, employers, and government authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, lesson materials, videos, documents, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of TENMA-PHIL unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, recording, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
TENMA-PHIL collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data privacy laws. Personal data is used only for enrollment, academic records, communication, and program coordination. TENMA-PHIL does not sell, misuse, or unlawfully disclose personal information. 10. Limitation of Liability
TENMA-PHIL shall not be held liable for decisions or actions by third parties, including Japanese institutions or government agencies, website downtime, errors, or technical issues, or personal losses and outcomes beyond TENMA-PHIL's control.
11. Changes to Terms and Services
TENMA-PHIL reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
